Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Mrs. McCullough is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting to management and investors, in addition to Webb Ellis’ Human Resources department. Prior to joining Webb Ellis, Mrs. McCullough worked as a Controller in the real estate and construction industry for over 16 years. Her prior experience has included working on new home development, mixed use properties, land entitlement and construction projects.
Mrs. McCullough is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and received her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Northern Kentucky University. She currently resides in Laguna Niguel, CA, with her husband.
Ms. Bell comes to the company with almost three decades of experience in multifamily property management. She is responsible for the supervision of the site teams and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Webb Ellis managed apartment communities.
With multifaceted experience working with multiple property types including new development, affordable housing, redevelopment, lease up, garden, mid-rise and high-rise communities, Ms. Bell brings extensive experience in marketing, operational processes, budgeting and financial accountability, tenant relations, overseeing capital improvements and maintenance, corporate communications as well as team development and management. Having spent her career overseeing assets in Oklahoma, Ms. Bell understands the local market. Before joining Webb Ellis, she was part of the AACO Board of Directors and Regional Manager for Dial Equities Inc. Prior to that, she oversaw the lease up and construction of the Founders Tower in Oklahoma City for NAI Petrous Group, and worked as an area manager for JMJ Management. Ms. Bell is a native of Oklahoma and currently resides in Edmond, OK.
Mr. Banks is responsible for the operation and oversight of Webb Ellis managed real estate properties. Prior to joining Webb Ellis, Mr. Banks worked as a commercial property manager in Southern California, a Peace Corps volunteer in Belize, and a residential assistant property manager in Florida.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Banks currently resides in Dana Point with his wife.
Mr. Guerrero assists the Director of Operations in providing accounting and financial reports to senior management and ownership. He performs a range of administrative, accounting and bookkeeping support functions for Webb Ellis. He is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, utility billing, maintaining files and records as well as general office support.
Born and raised in Southern California, he received his BBA in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
Assistant Property Manager
Mr. Vasquez exerts the production and aids the agendum for the Director of Property Management. He closely works with tenants, vendors, overseeing collections, inspections, and maintenance requisitions.
Before joining Webb Ellis, Mr. Vasquez was part of Diamond Real Estate Investments acquisitions team, serving as a listing agent in Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire while supervising and managing subcontractors throughout rehabs and rental properties.
